Quality for Over 70 Years
We are a traditional family business with decades of experience in ski instruction—now in its fourth generation. Our story began in 1950 with Karoline and Julius Seiser, the founders of the company. Since then, the family business has been successfully continued, first by Felizitas and André Seiser (from 1975), then by Barbara and Dieter Pflug (from 1990), with Christof Seiser managing the internal ski rental (from 1995), and most recently by Fabian and Florian Pflug (from 2023). Our extensive expertise, acquired through numerous teaching activities, national and international ski congresses, as well as being trainers in the Austrian and Lower Austrian Ski Instructors Association, is applied directly in our ski and snowboard lessons. As of the 2023/24 winter season, our SEISER-PFLUG Ski School is represented as a large family business at two locations: Mönichkirchen and St. Corona am Wechsel.
Our courses and private lessons are based on the unique success concept "Ski Light – From Skiing to Skiing." Our team undergoes regular internal training to ensure that this innovative method, which is based on playful learning approaches, is integrated into every lesson. Depending on the age group, class sizes range from 4 to about 12 children. This guarantees a high quantity and quality of practice as well as personalized instruction. With the approach "Play to Goal" and "From Movement Experience to Movement Result" – that is, with minimal movement correction but many movement tasks – children are taught skiing and snowboarding in a playful manner.
