Terms & Conditions

Ski & Sport Pflug GmbH consists of:
- Ski School PFLUG am Wechsel, ski and snowboard lessons
- Rental of ski equipment
- Catering business pursuant to §111 para. 1 Z2 GewO 1994 (buffet type)
- Organization and execution of sports events
- Trade (excluding regulated trades)
Ski & Sport Pflug GmbH contracts exclusively on the basis of these Terms & Conditions. The applicability of any terms and conditions of contractual partners is excluded. Any such terms and conditions are hereby expressly rejected.
For reasons of simplicity, gender-specific wording is omitted in the following text.
General Terms and Conditions
General
For all business activities of Ski & Sport Pflug GmbH
(Ski School PFLUG am Wechsel, ski and snowboard lessons, ski equipment rental, catering business, organization of sports events, and trade),
the following General Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) shall apply exclusively.
Any deviating or supplementary agreements shall only become part of the contract if they are expressly confirmed in writing by Ski & Sport Pflug GmbH.
T&C regarding ski school operations
The use of lift facilities is subject to the transport conditions of:
- Wexl Arena St. Corona am Wechsel
- Erlebnisalm Mönichkirchen am Wechsel
Ski & Sport Pflug GmbH is not a lift operator.
Conclusion of Contract
Offers made by Ski & Sport Pflug GmbH are non-binding.
Contracts concluded via the internet are only valid upon written confirmation by Ski & Sport Pflug GmbH.
General participation conditions (ski school)
The contractual partner must provide truthful and complete information about their skiing abilities and experience and is responsible for ensuring appropriate equipment according to the requirements of winter sports and prevailing conditions.
Before the start of lessons, the equipment (especially bindings and their settings) must be checked by a professional. The participant must also inform Ski & Sport Pflug GmbH of their health condition and any impairments.
Further conditions:
- Group allocation is carried out by Ski & Sport Pflug GmbH (no entitlement to a specific group)
- Instructions must be followed
- FIS rules must be observed
- Violations may result in termination of the contract
- Alcohol or drug influence leads to exclusion without refund
If group size falls below 3 persons, groups may be merged.
If participation drops significantly, courses may end early (remaining hours will be rescheduled).
There is no entitlement to a specific instructor; changes are possible.
Prices and Payment Terms
Prices are in EURO and include VAT (20%), unless otherwise agreed.
Displayed price lists apply.
Not included:
- ski passes
- lift tickets
- equipment
Payment is due in full upon booking.
Late payment interest: 6% per year.
Collection and reminder costs must be covered by the customer.

Credit card payments are processed by:

Liability
Ski & Sport Pflug GmbH is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Maximum liability: €5,000
Claims must be asserted:
- within 6 months (relative limitation period)
- within 1 year (absolute limitation period)
Warranty
No specific success is guaranteed.
Lack of improvement does not constitute defective performance.
Cancellation Policy
- Up to 7 days before start → full refund
- Less than 7 days → no refund
(exception: medical certificate → refund minus €20 fee)
No-show → no refund
Cancellation during course:
- Refund only as voucher (valid 1 year)
- €20 fee
- Medical certificate required within 7 days
Only unused services are eligible:
- Course days not yet started
- Private lessons not yet started
Required via email within 7 days:
medical certificate, IBAN, participant name, course details

Bookings are not transferable.
External vouchers are no longer valid after 01.10.2024.
Weather-related cancellation conditions
Lessons take place in all weather conditions. In the event of weather-related cancellation by the contractual partner, there is no right to a refund.
In case of weather-related closure of all lift facilities due to force majeure, course units will be cancelled. Completed course days or private lessons will not be refunded. However, services that have not been provided will be refunded.
Courses may also be cancelled by the ski school due to insufficient participant numbers. Cancellations will be announced as early as possible before the start of the course. If possible, the contractual partner will be rebooked to an alternative date. If rescheduling is not possible, all not yet provided services will be refunded.
Consent to image, audio and video recordings / usage rights
The customer agrees and gives free, irrevocable consent for all media (print, online, digital, etc.) that Ski & Sport Pflug GmbH or third parties commissioned by it may create, edit, use, reproduce, broadcast, publish, and otherwise use image, audio and/or video recordings of the customer and any items brought.
Ski & Sport Pflug GmbH is entitled to:
- produce and edit recordings (fully or partially)
- reproduce, display, broadcast and use them in all media formats
- use them for advertising purposes
These rights:
- are unlimited in time and location
- apply to all media (TV, website, social media, press, etc.)
The company is also authorized to:
- publish the recordings in galleries (online and offline)
- use them for promotional material (flyers, posters, merchandise, etc.)
All rights are transferred free of charge, irrevocably and without time limitation to Ski & Sport Pflug GmbH.
The customer explicitly agrees that recordings may:
- clearly identify the person
- be used for advertising
- be passed on to third parties
All copyrights and usage rights (including editing and transfer rights) are fully transferred to Ski & Sport Pflug GmbH.
The company is entitled to transfer these rights to third parties or grant usage rights.
The company is not obliged to use the recordings.
The customer waives any compensation claims.
Content of the online offer
Ski & Sport Pflug GmbH assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims are excluded unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
All offers are non-binding. Changes or deletion of content may occur without notice.
References and links
The company is not responsible for external websites. Liability only applies if illegal content is known and preventable.
Data protection
Personal data is collected only as necessary or voluntarily provided.
Examples:
- name, address, email, phone
- date of birth
- recordings (photo, video, voice)
- biometric data
Technical and organizational measures protect data, but complete security cannot be guaranteed (e.g. hacking).
Your rights
You may withdraw consent to data usage at any time.
