The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We process your data exclusively based on the legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.
Contact with us
If you contact us via email, the data you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your request and for follow-up questions. We will not pass this data on without your consent.
Data storage
We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for subsequent contract processing, the webshop operator stores the IP data of the connection owner in the context of cookies, as well as name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card number, and other data provided by the invoice recipient.
In addition, personal data (name, address, date of birth, telephone number, etc.) is stored for the purpose of contract processing. The data you provide is necessary to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude a contract with you.
Data will not be transferred to third parties, except:
- to banks/payment providers for processing payments
- to our tax advisor to fulfill legal obligations
- to IT and data service providers (database systems, newsletter systems)
(These are contractually bound according to Art. 28 GDPR)
If the purchasing process is canceled, the stored data will be deleted.
In case of a contract, the data will be stored for 7 years (legal retention obligation).

- Art. 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (contract fulfillment) GDPR
